Our focus is on supporting children in Perry County from newborns to 18 years of age. When children thrive, our community thrives. We know there are times when it is hard to provide essentials as well as comfort-giving extras. Our funds are intended to fill the gap and help out when circumstances are difficult and systems aren’t supportive.
A large portion of our funds are set aside to support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Perry County. Each month, our funding pays half the cost of purchase and mailing of books to over 1,000 Perry County children enrolled in this amazing program. The State of Ohio, under the leadership of First Lady Fran DeWine, supports the other half of the cost. Learn more about Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Perry County.
Remaining funds are available on an as-requested basis. Support is provided for health and well-being, school-related fees and functions, and any opportunity where a child’s life or moment in life can be made better, happier, or whole.
We welcome inquiries on behalf of children or programs serving children in Perry County.
We ask that you complete a brief form detailing your beneficiary’s need. Our funds can support school fees, clothing or shoes, a subscription for monthly books mailed by the Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Perry County, or something else, we’re happy to hear from you and hope we can help.
